Seán Durcan
Seán Durcan is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He has extensive litigation experience both for Plaintiffs and Defendants in all courts for personal injury, commercial disputes, banking disputes and landlord and tenant matters. He has dealt with varying cases in all courts including Judicial Review cases, Employers Liability cases, the Equality Tribunal and the Labour Court.
